In my practice, I accompany you with care and presence as you move through your process of inner transformation.
Whether you are facing anxiety, sadness, emotional blocks, or simply feel that something in your life is no longer as it used to be, together we can explore what lies beneath and find the direction that feels right for you.

Trauma and Complex Trauma (cPTSD)
Trauma doesn’t always come from a single, dramatic event. Often it grows out of early emotional wounds, a lack of safety or secure attachment in childhood, or difficult experiences that built up over time. In everyday life, this can show up as: constant inner tension, difficulty trusting others, a sense of “not quite belonging,” sudden emotional overwhelm, shutting down or freezing under stress, or recurring, distressing memories.
I work in a trauma-sensitive way, in clearly structured phases, so you feel safe throughout the entire process:
- Stabilisation first: together we build inner and outer safety, resources, and self-regulation before working with difficult material.
- Body and mind together: because trauma is stored not only in the mind but also in the body, I include body-oriented and imagery-based methods (such as imagery work and work with inner parts).
- Your pace sets the path: we move only as fast and as deep as feels manageable for you. You remain in control of what is discussed, at every step.
- Processing, when you’re ready: only then do we gently and carefully work through the underlying memories and patterns, so they lose their grip on the present.
This approach is suitable both for a single difficult experience and for more complex, long-standing trauma (complex PTSD).
ADHD and Asperger’s / Autism Spectrum in Young People and Adults
Many adults only realise later in life that a lifelong sense of restlessness, difficulty concentrating, emotional overwhelm, or feeling “different” from others may be connected to ADHD or autism spectrum traits (Asperger’s). In young people, this often shows up as school-related pressure, social withdrawal, or strong emotional swings.
I support young people and adults in understanding these patterns — using validated screening tools where helpful — and in finding strategies that genuinely fit everyday life: at work, in relationships, and within the family.
My approach is always centered on the person, their unique story, and the pace at which they are able to move forward.
I offer therapy in English, German, and Romanian.
